I'm used this pic again "orz...It's not that I'm running out of lineart, but it's just my curiosity on monochrome color

Why I can't use it properly????
EVERYTIME I MADE SOMETHING ON IT AND FINISHED...WHEN I HAD TO SAVE IT, THE ALREADY FINISHED AND NEAT PIC SUDDENLY GONE!!!
